What to Expect When You Call?

Here’s what to expect, in order of events.

• You’ll answer several questions about your project and where it’s taking place.

• You’ll receive an estimate online and estimated completion time.

• When accepted, you will sign a waiver and schedule your locate service.

• Over the stated time, Util-Locators will survey the location.

• Util-Locators will mark the location of their underground equipment using a combination of flags, spray paint, or other marking devices.

• After confirmation of completion, you will receive an invoice and can start digging!
