RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

_______________________________("Client") understands that this agreement is for a private locate opinion. Reasonable efforts are expected to identify the underground facilities for which the Client has contracted.

The Client knowingly and voluntarily agrees to release, to the fullest extent permitted by law, UTIL-LOCATORS LLC, its members, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors, and sub-consultants from total liability to the Client for any and all injuries, claims, losses, expenses, damages or claim expenses arising out of this agreement. 

UTIL-LOCATORS LLC objective is to provide the client with accurate information in regards to service(s) provided. The client acknowledges the understanding that the service(s) offered is interpreted. In the event our interpretation is inaccurate, we do not accept liability for and the client agrees to release us from negligence, errors, omissions, strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty. The decision to proceed with cutting, drilling, or excavation is based solely on the clients decision.
